JIMMY JACK FOUNDATION ARTIST OF THE YEAR

Dani's story is one of triumph over many obstacles throughout her childhood. After many years in several homes, Dani found the Christian home of Carl and Carole Douglas, who introduced her to the guitar and paved the way for her future success.

Hailing from Apache, Oklahoma, Dani has become a superb performer, a prolific songwriter, and a local radio personality. She co-wrote and performed the Foundation's theme song, You Will Fly. The lyrics summarize Dani's triumph.

Dani continues to represent the Foundation well. She has been the recipient of both the Harmon Memorial and Wichita Foundation Scholarships. Dani currently attends Cameron University in Lawton, Oklahoma.
